Job Description

This role focuses on acquiring and onboarding sellers/brands to a Philippine e-commerce platform, ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include acquiring brands and merchants, building relationships, negotiating deals, maintaining service quality (low cancellation/return rates, shipping times), and supporting sellers through the initial setup and onboarding process. This involves tasks such as setting up shops, submitting business requirements, migrating listings, and providing educational resources. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in acquiring and incubating brands and marketplace sellers within the e-commerce industry, with a preference given to candidates with experience in the lifestyle sector and live-streaming.

Responsibilities
About the team The team is responsible in acquiring, and onboarding sellers/brands to the platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service. Responsibilities - Acquire and incubate brands, principals, big merchants, and marketplace sellers through shop contact information & other basic leads. - Build and maintain relationship with merchants, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality. - Maintain service quality provided by seller - low cancelation and return rate, shipping LT, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction. - Support acquired sellers go through coldstart phase (incubation) such as, but not limited to, setting up shop, submitting business requirements, migrating listings from other platforms, sharing seller education docs and webinar schedules, etc.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience. - 3-5 years of experience in acquiring and incubating brands and marketplace sellers within e-commerce industry. Preferred Qualifications - Direct experience/working relationship with sellers from relevant industries. - Experience with selling through content/live - streaming. - Experience in lifestyle preferred, but not required.
