Findhelp is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive business development and achieve sales quotas in assigned territories and named accounts. The role involves building champion relationships, effectively communicating a complex value proposition, and managing the end-to-end sales pipeline, including expansion and upselling. Responsibilities include creating business development plans, maintaining executive-level relationships, detailed pipeline management, and contributing to sales and marketing process improvements. The Senior Account Executive will become an expert in the platform and services, provide feedback on product positioning and the competitive landscape, and act as a key voice in sales planning and process optimization. This mission-driven organization aims to connect people to social care resources with dignity and ease, utilizing proprietary technology to help millions find food, health, housing, and employment programs.
Must have:
  • 7-10 years enterprise SaaS selling experience
  • Consistent achievement of sales quota
  • Experience in prospecting and pipeline management
  • Strong collaboration and relationship skills
  • Ability to communicate SaaS value proposition
  • Experience selling into the healthcare space

The Senior Account Executive will have ownership over and carry a quota for assigned territories and named accounts. The Senior Account Executive will be an expert at developing champion relationships, telling a complex and powerful value proposition story, and managing the end-to-end pipeline and relationships, including expanding and upselling.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Have ownership for all customer development activities and quota achievement in a named territory.
  • Create plans and strategies for developing business and achieving sales quotas.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with executives at key target accounts within the territory.
  • Responsible for forecasting and detailed pipeline management for the territory.
  • Collaboration on campaigns, events, and other activities in support of customer development goals for the territory.
  • Help define sales and marketing processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
  • Become an expert in the platform and services and articulating its value.
  • Provide continuous feedback to the broader team about product positioning, feature requests, and the competitive landscape.
  • Be a key voice in sales planning, prioritization setting, and process optimization.
  • Be an ambassador to the healthcare community for the company, our technology, and the thought leadership that we are creating in the space.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or similar college level education; in lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of enterprise SaaS selling experience.
  • Proof of consistent achievement or overachievement of enterprise sales quota.
  • Experience prospecting, building and managing enterprise sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
  • Strong ability to communicate value proposition for enterprise SaaS technology.
  • Experience selling directly into the healthcare space is required.

$200,000 - $275,000 a year
Variable compensation provides for On Target Earnings for the position between $200,000 and $275,000 annually and is uncapped.
The compensation for this position will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience or training and location.
