Job Description

The Senior Account Executive will drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and represent Neural Concept's technology to leading engineering companies. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with an engineering foundation to identify and execute strategies for new business in the US and strengthen relationships with existing customers. The company specializes in optimizing engineering processes for industries like automotive, aerospace, and energy, using AI, machine learning, and generative design to help engineers develop products faster and more efficiently.
Must have:
  • Strong engineering background with exposure to CAD/CAE software.
  • 3+ years of sales or key account management experience in technology.
  • Solid understanding of Machine Learning and AI applications in engineering.
  • Exceptional sales skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Specializing in optimizing engineering processes for industries such as automotive, aerospace, and energy, Neural Concept combines AI, machine learning, and generative design to help engineers develop products faster, more efficiently, and with improved performance. Since its founding in 2019 in Switzerland, the company has doubled its growth year over year, transitioning from a startup to a scale-up with a team of 65 people. Neural Concept has already made significant strides in its market, establishing a strong presence in the US.

What You Will Do

In this high-impact role, you will combine technical expertise and sales leadership to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and represent our technology to the leading engineering companies. We are seeking a seasoned sales leader with a solid engineering foundation who will identify, develop, and execute strategies to capture new business opportunities in the US while strengthening relationships with existing customers. 

Who You Are

  • You have a strong engineering background, ideally with exposure to CAD/CAE software or related engineering tools.
  • You bring at least 3+ years of proven experience in sales or key account management in a technology-driven environment.
  • You possess a solid understanding of Machine Learning and AI applications in engineering or related industries.
  • You demonstrate exceptional sales skills, a strategic mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and scaling business growth.
  • You exhibit professionalism, ethical conduct, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • You have a genuine passion for continuous learning and innovation.

Where You Will Be

  • New Jersey, with flexibility for remote work  
  • Travelling: This position will require travelling to customer locations in the US.  
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Eligibility: US citizen or a valid work permit in the USA
