Job Description

As a Senior Account Executive at Neural Concept, you will drive revenue growth by leveraging technical expertise and sales leadership. You will build strategic partnerships and represent our technology to leading engineering companies, focusing on the US market. Responsibilities include identifying and capturing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a solid engineering foundation to excel in a fast-growing environment focused on data science and machine learning solutions for industries like automotive, aerospace, and energy.
Must have:
  • 2-5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales
  • Experience closing deals in the $100,000 to $1M+ USD range
  • Experience selling to data science/engineering and IT teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good to have:
  • Experience selling into the Industrial & Manufacturing industry
  • Engineering background with exposure to CAD/CAE software

Specializing in optimizing engineering processes for industries such as automotive, aerospace, and energy, Neural Concept combines AI, machine learning, and generative design to help engineers develop products faster, more efficiently, and with improved performance. Since its founding in 2019 in Switzerland, the company has doubled its growth year over year, transitioning from a startup to a scale-up with a team of 65 people. Neural Concept has already made significant strides in its market, establishing a strong presence in the US.

What You Will Do

In this high-impact role, you will combine technical expertise and sales leadership to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and represent our technology to the leading engineering companies. We are seeking a seasoned sales leader with a solid engineering foundation who will identify, develop, and execute strategies to capture new business opportunities in the US while strengthening relationships with existing customers. 

Who You Are

  • 2-5+ years of experience in highly technical enterprise SaaS sales with 9-12 month sales cycles
  • Experience closing deals in the $100,000 to $1M+ USD range
  • Experience selling data science/engineering teams, IT & cloud infrastructure teams
  • Experience selling into the Industrial & Manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Engineering background with exposure to CAD/CAE software or related engineering tools is a plus.
  • You exhibit professionalism, ethical conduct, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • You have a genuine passion for continuous learning and innovation.

Where You Will Be

  • New Jersey, with flexibility for remote work  
  • Travelling: This position will require travelling to customer locations in the US.  
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Eligibility: US citizen or a valid work permit in the USA
