As a Senior Agent, Customer Service, you will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in multiple languages through various channels such as email, chat, and voice. You'll collaborate with internal teams to address customer complaints and provide support for websites, products, and services. Strong communication skills are essential for effective communication and relationship-building with customers and partners. You will escalate unresolved issues and work according to a given schedule to support 24x7 operations.
Good To Have:- Familiarity with cryptocurrency and/or finance-technology.
