Job Description
Scopely seeks a Senior AI Creative (Motion) for its Monopoly Go team in Barcelona. This hybrid role involves leading the creation of AI-generated art and video content, setting workflows and style guides, and producing visual assets. Collaboration with other creatives on ideation, concepting, and production of engaging content for UA and Social is key. Responsibilities include acting as the team's AI specialist, staying updated on AI advancements, experimenting with AI tools, optimizing content for performance, and working with the central AI team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in advertising & art direction within gaming/entertainment, proficiency in Gen-AI and machine learning tools, and experience with 2D/3D and video editing software.

Scopely is looking for a highly motivated and talented Senior Creative focused on AI for video & animation to join one of our teams in the Barcelona Office on a Hybrid basis!

What You’ll Do:
- As a Senior AI Creative you will work on high-profile, industry-leading projects that will challenge and inspire you, while also providing the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Lead the creation of AI-generated art and video content, setting workflows and style guides, and producing stunning visual assets for one of the most popular mobile game titles in the world.
- Collaborate with other creatives, animators and motion designers on ideating, concepting, storyboarding and producing engaging and innovative content for UA and Social.
- Be a real team player, acting as the team’s AI specialist, sharing knowledge, helping others, and building great work together.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technology and incorporate them into processes and workflows.
- Experiment with AI-driven tools to explore new possibilities and push the boundaries of artistic expression and storytelling.
- Optimize AI-generated content for performance and quality across different devices, platforms, and media types.
- Work closely with the central AI team to exchange knowledge, learnings and key information with the creative team.
- Use insights and benchmarks to iterate on existing creatives and continuously improve their quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- An ambitious creative comfortable with risk taking and ambiguity, and a learner at heart.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the advertising & art direction, preferably in the gaming/entertainment industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Gen-AI and machine learning tools, from storyboard to final work.
- Experience with 2D and 3D software such as Photoshop, Figma, C4D, or Maya.
- Experience with video editing tools and software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and derive solutions to difficulties arising in artistic processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- The ability to drive an idea from conception to completion.
