Ludeo is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join its AI innovation team. This role involves pioneering intelligent systems to redefine gaming technology integration and scalability. The engineer will architect, build, and iterate on multi-agent AI frameworks, directly shaping the future of AI-driven automation in gaming and empowering millions of players with interactive gaming experiences.

Good To Have:

Experience with game engines and development workflows.
Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or similar).
Background in autonomous systems and multi-step AI workflows.

Must Have:

Design, build, and iterate on cutting-edge AI agent systems tailored for complex integrations.
Architect multi-agent frameworks capable of understanding and interacting with diverse software architectures.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to optimize AI-driven automation experiences.
Scale intelligent systems with performance, reliability, and adaptability in mind.
Mentor junior engineers, raising the bar for AI development practices.
5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with deep expertise in production AI systems.
Strong proficiency in modern Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers).
Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar).
Solid understanding of LLM integration and prompt engineering for complex reasoning.
Knowledge of software architecture analysis and automated code generation.
Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical teams and stakeholders.
