Over the last 17 years, InMobi has built a global Advertising Platform that powers our customers’ growth by helping them engage their audiences and drive real connections.
InMobi has also built a second unicorn, Glance, which is advancing digital consumption and creating a new wave of disruption. Present on 400M devices across India, SEA, Japan and the US – Glance is one of the largest content platforms globally with~200M daily active users.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced People Business Partner for our Technology and Product teams, with the focus on building a high-performing culture to drive excellence and innovation.
As an organization, being Tech-first is an integral part of how we operate. This role offers one an exciting opportunity to understand business goals and closely work with the Tech/Product teams on differentiated Talent strategy and operations, keeping Tech-first ethos at the core.
As a People team, we are at an exciting point where we re-thinking about how we will own (beyond enabling!) some of the key aspects of organizational health including org design, talent quality and engagement. So, room for immense creativity while we run the operations smoothly.
In this role, one will be accountable for driving an effective organization design, strengthening talent pool and building a high-performing culture, which is rooted in InMobi’s 3P philosophy (People-Product-Profit).
What will you be doing?
- Experiment Design and Analysis: Design experiments with statistical rigor, tackle analytical challenges, and extract actionable insights to inform product and business strategies.
- Data Science Collaboration: Work alongside data science teams to integrate model outputs into business workflows, define success metrics, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Exploratory Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth data exploration, run simulations, and deliver insights that shape strategic priorities.
- Design Health Metrics: Define, implement, and monitor KPIs that reflect platform health, user behaviour, and product performance.
- Develop Dashboards: Design interactive dashboards and develop real-time visualizations to track trends, anomalies, and critical KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Streamlining Time to Insight: Build tools, automate processes, and champion self-serve analytics to enable faster data access and insights.
- Impact Measurement: Evaluate product impact through robust analyses, aligning outcomes with key business objectives.
What are we looking for?
- Exceptional ability to collaborate with stakeholder teams (Business, product, tech, finance, delivery teams) to prioritize and deliver innovative solutions across projects.
- Execution-driven and results-oriented to ensure strategy translates to outcomes
- Patience and stamina to translate long term roadmap into wins and milestones for organizational impact
- Project management abilities: ability to manage long-term (multi-month) integrations, set timelines, and independently drive the process forward.
- Explore data, find patterns in large seemingly disparate data sets, and develop solutions that add intelligence / insights and drive decision making for leaders
- Present insights/findings in a structured manner to directly enable tangible outcomes for stakeholders
- Strong foundation in statistics and predictive modeling, including A/B testing.
- Proficiency in log-based data analysis and debugging.
- 2+ years of overall work experience within a Tech/Consulting/Analytics industry
- 2+ years of work experience with Statistics, SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, Tableau or PowerBI
