Job Description
This role involves leading analytic support for Customer Engagement requests related to fraud solutions on a cloud-based platform. Responsibilities include automating access and reporting for fraud data, and supporting analytic efforts around cross-platform fraud data assets. The role requires collaboration with the Customer Engagement team to facilitate customer use of the Unified platform and support data analytical requests for solution development. This position involves working with statistical programming languages such as R or Python, fluency in SQL, preferably as used in cloud platform such as GCP/BigQuery. Building and automating reporting processes is important, as is the ability to understand business needs and communicate with non-technical audiences.
