As a Senior Analyst in the Support Presales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the pre-sales process. This includes conducting research, preparing presentations, and assisting with the development of proposals. You will also be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team and ensuring that clients receive the best possible experience. Your responsibilities will include:
