Mindtickle is seeking a Revenue Enablement Senior Associate/Lead to enhance enablement across Go-to-Market teams. This role involves designing and scaling end-to-end enablement programs for onboarding, continuous learning, product knowledge, and sales strategies. Responsibilities include optimizing the Mindtickle platform, building DSRs and learning paths, managing data governance, and creating dashboards for performance analysis. The role requires influencing business outcomes through data-driven insights and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive GTM effectiveness. Strong data analytics, communication skills, and a customer-centric approach are essential.
Must have:
  • 5+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales Ops, or related GTM functions
  • Advanced Mindtickle platform expertise
  • Strong data analytics skills
  • Excel/Google Sheets and BI tool proficiency
  • Clear communication and stakeholder influence
Good to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • SaaS or B2B experience
  • Familiarity with Gainsight, Mavenlink, or CS platforms

Job Snapshot

We are looking for a customer-obsessed, data-driven, and hands-on Revenue Enablement Senior Associate/Lead to drive enablement excellence across our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams - Sales, Customer Success, Service, Support, and Customer Enablement. This role will sit at the intersection of enablement strategy, platform optimization, data analysis, and cross-functional execution. You’ll be responsible for building world-class enablement programs, optimizing the use of our Mindtickle platform, and delivering insights that influence business outcomes.

    • End-to-End Enablement ProgramsDesign, implement, and scale programs for onboarding, continuous learning (everboarding), product enablement, certifications, sales plays, coaching, and competitive intelligence.
    • Mindtickle Platform OptimizationTake full ownership of our enablement platform—designing courses, building DSRs and learning paths, managing data governance, running audits, and ensuring seamless integration with GTM systems.
    • Insights & Decision SupportChampion data-driven enablement by developing dashboards and reports using Mindtickle and business intelligence tools. Interpret trends, analyze performance KPIs, and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
    • Strategic Business ImpactWork closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and drive GTM effectiveness through targeted enablement.
    • Governance & Adoption ExcellenceMaintain high standards of platform hygiene, adoption, and governance. Run audits to identify gaps and lead remediation efforts to ensure consistency and quality across all enablement content and data.
    • Customer-Centric EnablementAlign all enablement efforts to enhance the customer journey—from prospecting to post-sales—ensuring value delivery and customer success at every touchpoint.
    • Scalable Solutions & Process ThinkingBuild and maintain enablement systems that are repeatable, measurable, and scalable. Lead initiatives that improve productivity, alignment, and operational rigor within GTM teams.
    • Innovation & CollaborationCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering to implement new solutions, improve integrations, and unlock new enablement capabilities.

We’d love to hear from you, if you:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Ops, Customer Success, or related GTM functions.
    • Advanced-level expertise in Mindtickle platform usage, management, and reporting.
    • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Salesforce ADM 201 is a plus.
    • Strong data analytics skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools.
    • Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence stakeholders at various levels.
    • SaaS or B2B experience preferred.
    • Familiarity with tools like Gainsight, Mavenlink, or other CS/Professional Services platforms is a bonus.
    • Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable to changing business needs.
