This role is pivotal in ensuring technological operations meet regulatory standards and fostering a secure environment for users. The architect will design and optimize core business systems using Java, focusing on high performance, availability, and scalability. Responsibilities include researching cutting-edge technologies, leading their exploration and implementation, and participating in AI and data projects. The role also involves translating business logic into technical solutions, providing technical support, and contributing to team growth through knowledge sharing and collaboration. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate resources across departments for smooth project execution.
Must have:
- Architecture design and optimization of core business systems using Java.
- Research and implement cutting-edge technology trends.
- Participate in AI and data projects (data processing, ML models, analysis).
- Translate business logic into clear technical solutions.
- Provide stable and reliable technical support for business development.
- Collaborate with team members and guide their growth.
- Coordinate resources from various parties in cross-departmental projects.
- 8+ years of experience in large internet companies with complex projects.
- Successful cases of system design and optimization in high-concurrency, large-data-volume environments.
- Proficiency in Java technology stack (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Dubbo).
- Deep understanding of computer science basics (data structures, algorithms, OS, networking).
- Familiarity with distributed system design and middleware (caching, message queues, service discovery, config centers).
- Good business acumen to optimize architecture from a business perspective.
- Ability to handle high-pressure work and solve problems efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the architecture design and optimization of the company's core business systems using the Java technology stack, ensuring high performance, availability, and scalability, while developing rational architecture plans for complex business scenarios and addressing system performance bottlenecks and stability issues.
- Conduct in-depth research on cutting-edge technology trends, identify valuable technical topics aligned with the company's business needs, and lead their exploration, validation, and implementation to drive technological innovation and enhance the company's competitiveness in the tech field.
- Experienced in AI and data, capable of participating in the design and implementation of related projects such as data processing, application of machine learning models, and data analysis, to help the company unlock data value and improve business decision-making efficiency.
- Translate business logic into clear technical solutions, ensuring system design is highly aligned with business objectives through technical modeling, and providing stable and reliable technical support for business development.
- Actively participate in team building by maintaining good communication and collaboration with team members, sharing technical experience, guiding team members' growth, enhancing the overall technical level of the team, and effectively coordinating resources from various parties in cross-departmental projects to ensure smooth project progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in large internet companies, participating in the architecture design and implementation of multiple complex projects, with successful cases of system design and optimization in high-concurrency, large-data-volume environments.
- Proficient in the Java technology stack, including but not limited to open-source frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Dubbo, with a deep understanding of their principles and best practices.
- Solid foundation in computer science basics, including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and networking.
- Familiar with distributed system design, and proficient in the use and principles of middleware such as distributed caching, message queues, service discovery and registration, and configuration centers.
- Experience in AI and data fields is a plus, such as familiarity with machine learning algorithms, and data analysis tools (Python, etc.).
- Possess good business acumen to optimize technical architecture from a business perspective.
- Ability to handle high-pressure work, remain calm in complex and changing business environments, and solve problems efficiently.
