Job Description
This Senior Business Analyst role involves working with a leading provider of automated storage and logistics systems to develop solutions for modern warehouse management. You will collaborate with N-iX and client engineers to create a scalable and efficient solution. Responsibilities include business and software requirements specification, identifying technical constraints, working closely with clients on requirements elicitation, delivering comprehensive requirements documents, prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, working with the development team, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation strategies. Backlog ownership, preparing user stories, and developing product roadmaps are also key responsibilities. The role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in eliciting and managing requirements, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of commercial experience as Business Analyst or Product Manager.
- Good theoretical understanding of software development.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
- Expertise in eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements.
- Ability to identify and manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Expertise in the WMS domain is preferable.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
- Knowledge of German language will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Business requirements specification
- Software requirements specification
- Identify any technical or operational constraints impacting requirements
- Work closely with client representatives on requirements elicitation
- Deliver a comprehensive requirements document for stakeholder review and approval
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Work closely with development team (both N-iX and client), conduct refinement sessions
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Backlog ownership: prepare well-structured and organized user stories
- Prepare roadmap of the product in cooperation with a client
