Job Description
Roof Stacks is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Digital Banking/Fintech industry. Responsibilities include analyzing business needs, understanding customer requirements, creating project processes, guiding research and testing, prioritizing and managing projects according to deadlines, utilizing Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, the ability to lead negotiations, and contribute to a high-quality product within a collaborative team environment. This hybrid role is based in Istanbul.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's/Master's in CS/related field
- 5+ years experience in Digital Banking/Fintech
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Requirement analysis & testing

We're looking for someone who has
*Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
*Min. 5 years experience,
*Strong communication and problem solving skills
*Prioritizing and plan and finalize the project according to deadlines
*Comfortably with Agile methods such as Scrum and/or Kanban
*Creating and guide various research and test requirements
*Analyzing the needs of business
*Fully understanding the customer's needs, to create a project process accordingly
*Experience in Digital Banking/Fintech industry.

*Ability to convey ideas easily,
*Ability to have professional communication with each stakeholder,
*Ability to be clear, short, open, and persuasive in all kinds of communication,
*Ability to detect problems and solve them in the very beginning

*Ability to direct all kinds of technical and non-technical negotiations in a way that results in a positive outcome.

*Ability to act with common sense while solving problems.
