We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Participation Banking or FinTech, specifically in finance areas like Individual/Corporate Fund Utilization, Collection, Restructuring, Follow-up, Financial Analysis, Allocation, and Credit Operations. The role involves analyzing business needs, designing processes, and working with Agile methodologies.

Must Have

• Strong experience in Finance (Individual Fund Utilization, Collection & Restructuring & Follow-up, Corporate Fund Utilization, Financial Analysis & Allocation & Credit Operations)
• At least 5 years of business analysis experience in Participation Banking or FinTech sectors
• Ability to analyze business needs specific to participation banking
• Ability to design processes for participation banking
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience in one or more of the above-mentioned finance areas is preferred

We are looking for a "Senior Business Analyst" with strong experience in Participation Banking or FinTech sectors, especially in Finance (Individual Fund Utilization, Collection & Restructuring & Follow-up, Corporate Fund Utilization, Financial Analysis & Allocation & Credit Operations), to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• At least 5 years of business analysis experience in Participation Banking or FinTech sectors
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the above-mentioned areas is preferred
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver projects according to defined timelines
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban
• Ability to lead research, testing, and validation processes based on business requirements
• Ability to analyze business needs specific to participation banking and design processes
• Good understanding of customer needs and ability to shape all project phases accordingly
• Proven experience in digital banking and/or fintech projects
