Job Description
The Senior Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative data related to ROI, utilizing statistical methods and analytical tools to assess business efficiency. The role involves preparing detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders, presenting findings to management, and providing actionable recommendations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and project managers to evaluate the impact of initiatives is crucial, along with building and optimizing internal incentive plans.
Must Have:

What You’ll Be Doing
- Data Analysis:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative data related to ROI
- Utilize statistical methods and analytical tools to assess business efficiency.

- Financial Modeling:
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies to influence decision-making.

- Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations outlining analysis results, trends, and insights for stakeholders.
- Regularly present findings to management and provide actionable recommendations.

- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to gather relevant data and insights.
- Collaborate with project managers to evaluate the impact of initiatives on business performance.

- Incentive plan building and optimization:
- Work with cross team to build and optimize internal incentive plan to support business management.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or ROI assessment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL) and financial modeling software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking and cross-team collaboration.
