This role will be responsible for expanding the few early adopters' use cases and, at the same time, spearheading our initial efforts in building solutions and acquiring customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Account Strategy: Segment accounts, establish account plans, and structure opportunities effectively while ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for driving ACV Revenue and consistently meeting Quarterly sales targets. Deliver accurate forecasting by developing a solid pipeline through defining opportunities and market potential, identifying sales leads, and working with internal teams.
  • Seek out projects, both planned and currently in development, and encourage the developers to adopt Unity and build the trusted relationship with business owners of customers.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Partner closely with internal technical pre- and post-sales teams, including Partner Managers, Solutions Engineers, Technical Architects, and Consultants to deliver optimal client solutions.
  • Growth Mindset: Foster a culture of ongoing learning, curiosity, and innovation within your day to day while addressing challenges creatively and proactively.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years in software sales, subscription models, and/or SaaS platforms, with experience navigating competitive market environments.
  • Industry sales experience with technical software products, comfort level working with high-level executives: DX expertise in Manufacturing, High-Tech, AEC, and major industries in Korea.
  • Experience and Demonstrated record of maintaining and improving customer relationships in Enterprise business development(Samsung, LG, Hyundai, SK, etc.), major account management, or related areas.
  • Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and tools, with the ability to co-work with colleagues in consultative and strategic selling.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in using data and metrics for sales reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
