As the Senior Collaboration Engineer, you will manage and optimize enterprise-level collaboration platforms—including Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft MS365. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, system administrators, and automation engineers to ensure seamless integrations, drive innovation, and maximize the value of our collaboration ecosystem. What You’ll Do:
- Platform Administration: Manage and maintain Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft MS365, including advanced configurations and automation.
- Integration Development: Design, implement, and troubleshoot integrations with systems like Salesforce, Workday, Zendesk, Workvivo, and custom tools.
- Slack Expertise: Oversee the Slack environment, drive adoption, and ensure integrations maximize platform value.
- Microsoft MS365 Expertise: Administer SharePoint, automate workflows using PowerPlatform, and manage identity with Entra (Azure AD).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with end-users and stakeholders to gather integration needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Act as the senior technical expert and escalation point for complex support issues.
- Training and Documentation: Create clear, user-friendly documentation and video tutorials for platform features and best practices.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and security.
- User Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze feedback to drive enhancements in tools and processes.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 7+ years in enterprise platform engineering and management, including workspace management, security implementation, and vendor management.
- Slack Expertise: 4+ years of Slack Enterprise Grid experience, including Slack API and advanced configurations.
- Security Knowledge: Strong background in access controls, DLP, monitoring, incident response, and compliance.
- Identity Integration: Experience with platforms like Entra, Azure AD, and Okta.
- Platform Optimization: Proven expertise managing and optimizing Slack and Zoom, with automation experience.
- Integration Skills: Hands-on experience integrating Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, Workday, Zendesk, Workvivo, and custom tools.
- Certifications: Slack and Zoom certifications are highly desired; Microsoft SharePoint or Power Automate certifications are a plus.
- Collaboration Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a user-centric approach.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Hybrid Work Environment: Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Lexington, MA, with occasional on-call support.
The base salary range for this position is $124,000 - $186,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
