We launched JustPlay in the US in 2020, and now our product is one of the leading loyalty rewards apps in the world. Our team is based in 19+ countries and our headquarters is in Berlin, Germany.

JustPlay is looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Creative Producer who can provide innovative ideas and leverage their expertise to create outstanding creative assets. As a vital part of our creative team, you will be responsible for driving the production of engaging advertisements designed to significantly grow JustPlay's user base.

The experience we hope you bring to JustPlay

• You have 3+ years of professional experience in creative marketing or advertising production. 

• You have successfully managed and mentored teams within a creative environment.

• You’ve led ad campaigns from concept through to successful execution.

• You’re proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other video/graphic design software.

• You are able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• You know how to interpret data to drive creative decisions.

• You communicate clearly and confidently in English, both written and spoken.

Job responsibilities

• Develop compelling and innovative ad concepts and strategies informed by data analytics and personal creativity.

• Provide creative concepts in detailed briefs for actors, editors, designers, and other stakeholders.

• Manage and lead end-to-end production of video ads, ensuring the final output meets the company's quality standards and objectives.

• Collaborate closely with the User Acquisition team to ensure alignment and optimize ad performance.

• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members and external collaborators to enhance creative quality.
