As a Senior Creatives Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing creative performance across our marketing campaigns, providing deep insights into what resonates with our audience. Your work will bridge the gap between creative teams and data-driven marketing, ensuring that our creative assets are not only engaging but also aligned with our strategic and branding goals. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and thrives in a fast-growing business.
Must have:
  • Analyze and interpret data from creative performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment between creative assets and marketing strategies.
  • Innovate with new tools and methodologies to enhance creative effectiveness and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Develop and deliver reports that provide actionable insights to Creative Directors and Product Marketing Managers, to help with accuracy in creation, testing, and campaign rollout.
  • Support the development of creative strategies that drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with the mobile gaming industry landscape.
  • Experience managing UA channels for digital products.
  • Experience with Creative Analysis is a bonus

We're seeking a dynamic Senior Creatives Intelligence Analyst to join our passionate Marketing team and drive our games to millions of players worldwide.

As a Senior Creatives Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing creative performance across our marketing campaigns, providing deep insights into what resonates with our audience. Your work will bridge the gap between creative teams and data-driven marketing, ensuring that our creative assets are not only engaging but also aligned with our strategic and branding goals.

What you'll do

  • Analyze and interpret data from creative performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment between creative assets and marketing strategies.
  • Innovate with new tools and methodologies to enhance creative effectiveness and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Develop and deliver reports that provide actionable insights to Creative Directors and Product Marketing Managers, to help with accuracy in creation, testing, and campaign rollout.
  • Support the development of creative strategies that drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in user acquisition, performance marketing, banking, or consulting roles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in programming, preferably in SQL.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the mobile gaming industry landscape.
  • Experience managing UA channels for digital products.
  • Experience with Creative Analysis is a bonus
