Job Description

As a Senior Customer Success Manager for Enterprise clients, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with key accounts, driving customer adoption and satisfaction, and ensuring retention and growth. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing strategic guidance, and acting as a trusted advisor to maximize the value our clients receive from our products and services. You will proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, manage client escalations, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The position is based in Ontario, Canada, and is considered an on-site role.
