Job Description

The professional will be responsible for conducting studies, generating insights, and analyses to identify new opportunities and improvements in the Serasa Crédito product. Will work with product and technology teams, using BI tools to create reports, dashboards, and analyses that guide strategic business decisions.

Today, the Product team needs a dedicated team that deeply understands the area's strategy and can quickly deliver the necessary analyses for better decision-making. The daily routine of this professional will include:

• Analyze user and partner behavior;
• Identify improvement opportunities;
• Propose solutions;
• Analyze post-implementation impacts of features and integration of new partners;
• Monitor product KPIs;
• Conduct and analyze A/B tests.

Qualifications

• Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and Pyspark;
• Experience with storytelling, knowing how to translate complex concepts and ideas simply for business understanding;
• Experience working with Product, Credit, Planning, CRM, Business teams;
• Solid knowledge of basic statistical concepts;
• Experience with digital products and/or financial market.
