Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape the data science discipline at Make. You will drive the development and deployment of machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions that enhance our platform, improve business operations, and deliver value to our users. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition and data exploration to model development, deployment, and continuous optimization. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders from product and engineering, to sales and marketing, and have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that shape the future of automation and AI-powered workflows. Responsibilities: * Develop and deploy machine learning models that drive business value and enhance user experience. * Lead end-to-end data science projects, from scoping and exploration to implementation and monitoring. * Build and shape the data science discipline within Make, defining best practices, methodologies, and tools. * Identify opportunities for data-driven solutions by working closely with stakeholders across the company. * Design, implement, and optimize predictive and prescriptive analytics to support business decisions. * Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality, accessibility, and efficiency in model deployment. * Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Drive innovation in automation and AI applications, leveraging Make’s platform capabilities.
