  • Resource Optimization: Allocate and manage engineering resources effectively to maximize efficiency and meet franchise objectives. Propose and lead necessary organizational changes to adapt to evolving requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a culture of growth and ambition among a senior engineering team. Support and enable managers to drive optimal performance from their teams and ensure the professional growth of individual contributors.
  • Cross-Discipline Collaboration: Promote synergy between Engineering and other teams to cultivate a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset throughout the organization.
  • Critical Decision-Making: Make daily strategic decisions impacting quality and deadlines while balancing short-term needs with long-term franchise success.
  • External Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for external partners and teams, ensuring clear communication of needs and priorities to maximize ecosystem-wide collaboration.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze technical and business KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Regularly report project progress and results directly to company stakeholders, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with strategic goals.

  • Extensive experience in Unity Engine development on the client side or managing large distributed systems using .NET within an AWS ecosystem on the server side.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
