Halcyon is the industry’s first dedicated, adaptive security platform that combines multiple proprietary advanced prevention engines along with AI models focused specifically on stopping ransomware. Halcyon was formed in 2021 by a team of cyber industry veterans. As a remote-native, completely distributed global team, we recognize great talent can exist anywhere. We’re seeking a Director of International Marketing to drive pipeline generation across EMEA. This is a hands-on role responsible for creating and executing regional marketing programs that align with Sales and Channel leaders to deliver measurable impact. You’ll act as the bridge between corporate campaigns and local execution, tailoring global programs to resonate in-region while developing co-marketing initiatives with key partners. As our first dedicated international marketing leader, you’ll set the foundation for future scale.

Must Have:
  • Own the design and execution of regional demand generation campaigns to deliver pipeline coverage targets.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Channel leaders to identify regional priorities and align marketing strategy.
  • Execute regional field events, executive roundtables, and industry programs that accelerate pipeline.
  • Develop and run partner co-marketing campaigns with top VARs, GSIs, and channel partners.
  • Localize global content and campaigns for cultural and market relevance.
  • Report on program performance and pipeline impact to regional and global leadership.
  • Act as a self-starter, operating independently in a lean environment while collaborating across corporate marketing.
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with strong focus on field, partner, and demand generation.
  • Proven track record building pipeline-driving programs in international markets.
  • Experience with partner marketing, MDF planning, and joint go-to-market execution.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).

The Role

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with strong focus on field, partner, and demand generation.
  • Proven track record building pipeline-driving programs in international markets.
  • Cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
  • Experience with partner marketing, MDF planning, and joint go-to-market execution.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with minimal playbooks.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to influence across regions and functions.

Compensation

Base Salary: £160,000–£175,000 GBP, plus bonus and equity.

In accordance with applicable state and federal laws, the range provided is Halcyon’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity in the Company.
