The Senior Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations will be responsible for driving strategic growth and operational excellence within the Global Scaled team. This role involves shaping and optimizing revenue strategy to maximize sales impact and ensure the long-term success of Mid-Market and SMB segments. Responsibilities include strategic business planning, operational leadership, sales optimization, data-driven go-to-market strategy, growth acceleration, and revenue expansion. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience in the advertising industry, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales and Business Operations
  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Deep advertising industry experience
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments
Good to have:

Reddit is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations to drive strategic growth and operational excellence within our Global Scaled team. This role will be instrumental in shaping and optimizing our revenue strategy, enabling our sales teams to maximize impact, and ensuring the long-term success of our Mid-Market and SMB segments. This role will report into our VP, Global Revenue Strategy and Operations.

Ideally this role will sit in either or New York or London Office. 

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Planning: Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to design scalable business processes that strengthen confidence in annual revenue goals.
  • Operational Leadership: Drive weekly business performance through structured reporting, insights, and operating cadences (e.g., leading the weekly revenue call).
  • Sales Optimization: Develop and execute strategic initiatives that improve sales team efficiency, leading to quantifiable business outcomes (e.g., increased client engagement, improved revenue forecasting).
  • Data-Driven GTM Strategy: Leverage internal and external market data to design and refine sales programs, collaborating with regional and channel sales leadership to optimize Reddit’s go-to-market approach across all segments.
  • Growth Acceleration: Build a structured playbook for rapidly ramping sales teams, providing critical data insights, measurement frameworks, and operational guidance to sales leadership.
  • Revenue Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities by overlaying internal revenue data with external industry insights to unlock untapped growth areas.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales and Business Operations, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles, influencing high-impact, cross-functional business decisions.
  • Deep advertising industry experience with expertise in revenue planning, forecasting, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong executive communication skills—both written and verbal—with experience presenting to C-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead in fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally with prior startup experience.
  • International experience is a plus.
