As a Game Product Manager for FC Mobile, you will be responsible for understanding business problems and defining data-driven solutions. Your primary focus will be on gameplay analytics, translating business needs into technical requirements, monitoring KPIs, and using insights to influence the product roadmap. You will also apply your expertise in in-game economy design to derive actionable items, contributing to a high-quality mobile football game experience.
Must have:

  • Translate business needs to technical requirements for tests.
  • Work with development teams for correct implementation and tracking.
  • Monitor core KPIs in real-time to diagnose and triage issues.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to influence product roadmap.
  • Translate gameplay insights into action items.
  • Expertise in in-game economy design and interpreting results.
  • Passion for sports game and football.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to balance work across multiple initiatives.
  • Great team player working with diverse individuals.
Good to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Applied statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Excellence in verbal and written English
  • Ability to write complex SQL queries for database analysis
  • Analytical coding skills in R, Python, or Microsoft Excel
  • Experience as a live producer/designer for a sports game

We are seeking a Game Product Manager to join the FC Mobile team. The candidate will report to the Head of product management. The job will require more than 4 working days in the office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will understand the problems our games and business wants to solve, and then define the right data, analysis or interpretation to lead to the right recommendations and decisions.
  • Your primary focus will be on gameplay field where massive in-game data analytics is required
  • You will translate business needs to technical requirements for tests, then work with the development teams to ensure correct implementation and tracking
  • You will monitor core KPIs in real-time to diagnose & triage issues with the game.
  • You will use qualitative and quantitative insights to influence product roadmap by translating gameplay insights into other action items
  • You will expertise in in-game economy design and and interpreting results to actionable items.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in game design or product management, or any relevant field in video game industry
  • Passion for sports game and football
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, especially articulating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to balance work across multiple initiatives
  • Great team player who likes working with a diverse set of individuals across departments
  • Good to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Applied statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Language: excellence in verbal/written English
  • SQL: The ability to write complex SQL queries to analyze our databases
  • Analytical coding: R, Python (and also MicrosoftExcel) for analytical purpose.
  • Having experience as a live producer/designer for a sports game is a plus
