The Role and What You'll Do:

This role sits at the intersection of partnership strategy and hospitality event execution, supporting a high-profile client across sports and entertainment platforms.

You’ll help bring partnerships to life—from translating brand goals into activation plans to delivering flawless partner hospitality experiences on-site at some world-class events. You’ll need to think strategically, act quickly, and bring exceptional attention to detail—serving as a trusted client partner and internal team leader.

Key Responsibilities

Hospitality & Event Execution

  • Lead the planning and execution of premium partner hospitality programs (e.g., sporting events & VIP client experiences).
  • Manage event logistics from pre-event planning to on-site delivery and post-event follow-ups.
  • Oversee guest event registrations, communications, branding, ticketing, onsite experiences, talent appearances, VIP transportation, VIP hotel reservations, F&B, gifting, video content capture.
  • Ensure brand standards are met across all event touchpoints—both front-of-house and behind the scenes.
  • Support budget management, vendor sourcing, run-of-show development, and internal coordination.
  • Works closely with Client Services, Creative, Hospitality, vendors and additional contracted agencies (experiential, comms)
  • Maintains initiative-taking, positive, and open line of communication with client and account teams to ensure understanding of deliverable timelines and roles and responsibilities.

Partnerships Management

  • Serve as a day-to-day client lead, supporting the execution of sports partnerships.
  • Build strategic activation plans aligned with client objectives, audience insights, and brand positioning.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and provide proactive recommendations for how clients can elevate their partnerships/events.
  • Track partnership performance, supporting the development of wrap reports & surveys agreed with client in advance and aligned to evaluation metrics for partnership measurement put in place
  • Collaborate with rights holders, vendors, and internal teams to maximize partnership value and visibility.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of agency or brand-side experience in partnerships, experiential marketing, or event hospitality.
  • Proven success leading client relationships and executing events with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with a knack for anticipating needs and problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to clients.
  • Flexible and calm under pressure—especially in fast-paced, on-site environments.
  • Global experience or comfort working across time zones is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for key events.
  • Strong Computer Skills:  Excel, Word and power point
  • Initiative-taker, motivated, and resourceful
