RH Généraliste Senior

Final Strike Games (FSG) recherche une/un Généraliste senior en ressources humaines dynamique pour soutenir nos équipes dans notre croissance continue. Le Senior HR Generalist a des responsabilités à la fois administratives et stratégiques, nous aidant à planifier et à administrer des fonctions importantes, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter : l’administration des avantages sociaux, les contributions créatives au développement des programmes de personnel, la gestion des données et des systèmes RH, et la conformité.

Tâches :

  • Gérer l’inscription, les modifications et la résiliation des avantages sociaux des employés, y compris l’assurance médicale, dentaire, visuelle, l’assurance-vie, la retraite, etc. pour tous les employés aux États-Unis et au Canada (notamment au Québec), et fournir un soutien personnalisé pour les questions relatives aux avantages sociaux des employés.
  • Aider à développer et superviser le processus d’intégration des nouveaux employés, en coordonnant entre les départements et en proposant les meilleures pratiques et des idées créatives pour offrir une expérience exceptionnelle aux nouveaux employés.
  • Recommander et définir un processus pour les demandes de changement des employés et s’assurer que tous les changements sont suffisamment documentés et enregistrés dans notre système d’information RH (HRIS) de manière opportune et précise.
  • Surveiller et enregistrer les congés de manière appropriée et en conformité avec toutes les lois locales, étatiques, provinciales et fédérales, et servir de remplaçant principal pour les mises à jour de la paie semi-mensuelle.
  • Assurer la conformité légale des réglementations et des lois sur l’emploi des États/Provinces et fédérales, et mettre à jour les politiques et/ou procédures selon les besoins.
  • Aider à développer et à exécuter les procédures et politiques du personnel, en équilibrant la conformité et les besoins de l’entreprise avec la culture FSG et la voix des employés.
  • Fournir une expertise continue en dépannage du HRIS, travailler avec le fournisseur pour assurer l’utilisation du système, et collaborer avec les clients internes pour identifier les processus et procédures qui peuvent être soutenus par le HRIS pour augmenter l’efficacité et la productivité.
  • Suggérer de nouvelles procédures, politiques et programmes pour améliorer continuellement l’efficacité du département RH et de l’organisation dans son ensemble, et toujours améliorer l’expérience des employés.
  • Projets divers liés aux RH selon les besoins.

Compétences et qualifications de base :

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires (ou équivalent)
  • Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en RH, de préférence dans un rôle de généraliste
  • Connaissance pertinente des fonctions RH actuelles, des tendances et des meilleures pratiques
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite, écoute et interpersonnelle
  • Succès démontré dans le maintien d’informations hautement confidentielles et sensibles
  • Excellentes compétences en documentation, avec une grande attention aux détails
  • Succès dans le maintien d’informations hautement confidentielles et sensibles
  • Maîtrise de la suite MS Office et de la suite Google

Atouts :

  • Diplôme de licence en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine d’études connexe ou expérience équivalente
  • La certification PHR ou SHRM-CP en RH serait considérée comme un avantage

HR Generalist senior

 

Summary:

Final Strike Games (FSG) is seeking a dynamic HR professional to support our teams with our continued growth.  The Senior HR Generalist has both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions, including, but not limited to: benefits administration, creative contributions to the development of people programs, HR data and systems management, and compliance.


Duties:

  • Manage enrollment, changes, and termination of employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, etc. for all U.S. and Canadian employees, and provide ‘high touch’ support for employee benefits questions
  • Assist in developing and ultimately overseeing the new hire onboarding process, coordinating cross-departmentally and offering up best practices and creative ideas to deliver an exceptional new employee experience
  • Recommend and outline a process for employee change requests and ensure all changes/updates are sufficiently documented and recorded in our HRIS in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor and record time-off appropriately and in compliance with all local, state and federal laws, and serve as the primary back-up for semi-monthly payroll updates 
  • Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
  • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, balancing compliance and business needs with the FSG culture and employee voice 
  • Provide ongoing HRIS troubleshooting expertise, working with vendor to ensure system utilization, and partner with internal customers to identify processes and procedures that can be supported through the HRIS to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Suggest new procedures, policies, and programs to continually improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to always be improving the employee experience
  • Miscellaneous HR related projects as needed


Basic Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a Generalist role
  • Relevant knowledge of current HR functions, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent written, listening, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent documentation skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Success in maintaining highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite


Nice to have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field of study or equivalent experience
  • PHR or SHRM-CP HR certification would be considered an advantage
  • Game Industry experience would be considered an advantage
