Job Description

The Senior HR Business Partner will provide comprehensive HR support to the global Sales group, collaborating with other HRBPs, COEs, and stakeholders. The role involves influencing strategy, managing organizational design and change, promoting employee engagement and retention, and coaching. Responsibilities include advising senior leaders, improving employee experience, driving communication, designing and implementing organizational changes, leading initiatives such as talent assessment and succession planning, executing HR processes, and providing data-driven solutions to improve business results.
Must have:
  • 6+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in tech.
  • Develop effective relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to drive initiatives and influence decision makers.
  • Solution-focused with ability to translate strategy into action.
  • Experience in interpreting data and trends for recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills from planning to execution.
Good to have:
  • Experience in acquisitions / integrations – a strong advantage.

So, what’s the role all about?

NiCE Actimize We are seeking an Senior HR Business Partner to provide a full range of HR business support to the global Sales group.  This role will work closely with other HRBPs, COEs and key stakeholders to drive strategy and influence client groups on issues involving, but not limited to organization design and implementation, change leadership, engagement and retention and coaching.  

How will you make an impact?  

  • Operates as a trusted advisor by using professional credibility and strong relationships with senior leaders to influence key priorities within the Sales organization. 
  • Strengthen the leadership team of each organization by providing coaching and development to senior leaders. 
  • Engage with the employees to understand and improve the employee experience and facilitate the organization’s culture and engagement strategies.  Set the tone for employment engagement, team building, and overall culture. 
  • Establish a communication cadence with leaders of each business unit to understand the needs of each unit and how they tie into the overall needs of the business. 
  • Partner to design and implement organizational change that aligns with business objectives.  Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure adoption. 
  • Lead complex initiatives where the impact is significant in supporting the client's needs. Initiatives include employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, compensation planning (equity, bonus, merit), and leadership development. 
  • Drive and execute on annual HR processes including talent management, reward and recognition programs and performance management. 
  • Partner with and between COEs and regional HR teams to deliver seamless human resources processes and programs across the organization. Leverage all HR programs, policies, processes and systems. 
  • Use data to highlight trends and proactively offer solutions that will drive business results. 
  • Provide clients with analysis of client organizations' "health" by looking at trends in performance, employee satisfaction, attrition, diversity etc.  

 

Have you got what it takes?

  • A minimum of 6 years of previous experience in a HR Business Partner role, preferably in a technology organization and/or a global environment supporting Sales Groups 
  • Track record of developing effective relationships across all levels and with diverse client groups. 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive major initiatives throughout the organization and influence decision makers. 
  • Ability to be solution-focused and translate strategy into action. 
  • Experience with interpreting data and trends to draw conclusions and make business recommendations. 
  • Strong project management skills from planning to execution. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Inherent self-sufficiency, flexibility and confidence. 
  • Demonstrated agility to work within a complex (global, matrixed) environment is strongly preferred. 
  • Experience in acquisitions / integrations – a strong advantage. You will have an advantage if you also have:
