Job Description

As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, your role involves advanced sales activities, utilizing specialized skills to handle non-standard sales problems. You will evaluate sales inquiries more critically and offer tailored solutions to customers, improving the overall sales process and outcomes. Responsibilities include handling complex inquiries, processing high-value orders, maintaining detailed customer records, identifying high-potential leads, analyzing sales activities, preparing proposals, resolving complex issues, coordinating with departments for large orders, supporting strategic initiatives, and mentoring junior associates.
Must have:
  • Handle complex and multifaceted inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
  • Evaluate and process high-value customer orders.
  • Maintain comprehensive and detailed customer records.
  • Identify and qualify high-potential sales leads.
  • Record and analyze detailed sales activities.
  • Prepare and present sophisticated sales quotes and proposals.
