Job Description

Lead and empower a team, including Managers, fostering learning, growth, and goal achievement. Participate in recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team. Actively engage on the floor, interact with team members and customers, demonstrate best practices, and ensure business priorities and exceptional customer service are met. Address concerns and escalations, partnering with leadership and key business or People partners when necessary. Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by establishing, planning, and executing operational strategies. Uphold company policies, procedures, and protect all company assets, including confidential information. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning. Demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity, acting as a role model for inclusive leadership and building diverse teams. Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team. Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and making sure that business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is delivered. Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and key business or People partners when appropriate. Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by establishing, planning, and executing the operational strategy of assigned functional areas and the entire store. Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information. Perform other tasks as needed. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn. Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities. Be a role model for inclusive leadership behaviors and build, develop, and retain diverse teams. Take action to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all team members.
