As Senior Manager, Client Strategy & Value Creation at realworld one, you will be pivotal in digitally transforming and delivering value to Life Sciences customers. Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, with a special focus on engaging Champions and Project Managers, fostering long-term partnerships, exceeding satisfaction, and aligning efforts to drive impactful outcomes.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and deepen the integration of our solutions, unlocking the full value potential of our XR solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams - including solution design, production, and implementation - to align with customer needs and ensure the successful delivery of XR solutions.
- Conduct business reviews, maintain customer communication, and identify and seize opportunities to maximize growth and value creation.
- Mentor and guide your direct reports, supporting their professional development and contributing to the team's overall success.
- Analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to provide insights relevant to realworld one's company strategy and the XR solution roadmap.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree, preferably an MBA or a master's degree in a relevant field.
- 4+ years of post-graduate work experience, with a proven track record of professional achievement and impact.
- Experience working in the consulting industry, preferably at a tier-one consulting firm.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience overseeing projects and driving them to successful completion.
- A growth-oriented mindset with a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement.
- Expertise in the Life Sciences sector, with a strong emphasis on Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences Instruments/Tools; experience in operations or service operations is a significant advantage.
