As a Senior Direct Buys Manager, you will play a hands-on role within the Direct Buys team for our CPG clients across multiple markets. Your primary responsibilities include working with internal teams, contributing to delivering on client goals, inspiring fresh ideas, providing data-focused reporting, identifying research opportunities, simplifying complex media strategies and communicating them clearly. This role requires collaboration with media strategy, planning, paid media, and analytics teams.
Must have:
  • Experience with Premium Publishers, (d)OOH and partnerships.
  • Understanding of FMCG brands in the regional market.
  • Experience on large-scale, multi-market campaigns.

Job Description

As a Senior Direct Buys Manager, you will play a hands-on role within the Direct Buys team for our CPG clients across multiple markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a good understanding of the industry with some knowledge in channels such as Premium Publishers (including CTV), (d)OOH and other diverse partnerships.Reporting to the Direct Investment Director.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Work with internal teams such as media strategy, planning and paid media
  • Contribute to effectively delivering on client's goals.
  • Inspire fresh ideas and keep up with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Provide clients with clear, data-focused reporting that offers real-time insights into campaign performance.
  • Identify opportunities for research, including the use of consumer segmentation, social listening, and campaign tracking
  • Simplify complex media strategies and communicate them clearly to both clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on goals and metrics
  • Lead the identification and implementation of research opportunities, including consumer segmentation, campaign tracking, and social listening, to inform and refine media strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Premium Publishers (including CTV), (d)OOH and other diverse partnerships.
  • A good understanding of FMCG brands, particularly in the regional market
  • Proven track record of working on large-scale, multi-market campaigns.
  • Experience working collaboratively with media strategy, planning, paid media, and analytics teams.
  • Data-focused mindset
  • 3+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, and execution, particularly in large-scale, multi-market campaigns.
  • Experience planning media across Europe
