Job Description

Unity is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing (6-Month Contract) to lead cross-channel marketing for its Games Engine and Ads Network businesses. This role involves driving integrated strategies for developer and advertiser audiences, leading a team of three marketing professionals, partnering with product marketing, designing multi-channel programs across various channels, managing budgets, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement and business impact.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and measure complex, multi-channel campaigns
  • Skilled in data-driven marketing with experience using analytics and dashboards for insights
  • Exceptional communicator with strong project management and stakeholder-alignment skills

The opportunity

Unity is looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing (6-Month Contract) to lead cross-channel marketing efforts across our Games Engine and Ads Network businesses. Covering leave, you’ll make an immediate impact by driving integrated strategies that engage both developer and advertiser audiences. This is a hands-on leadership role for a marketer who can balance strategy, execution, and team mentorship to maintain strong momentum and achieve high results.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and mentor a team of three marketing professionals, ensuring continuity and performance across active campaigns
  • Partner with product marketing and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into integrated, audience-focused campaigns
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing programs across web, email, social, events, and paid channels to maximize reach and engagement
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending for ROI across multiple product lines
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and business impact.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and seamless communication throughout the contract period
