MRI Software is seeking a Senior Manager, Internal IT Systems & Cloud Operations to join our growing team in India, based out of Bangalore! This strategic leadership role will oversee critical aspects of MRI’s internal IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on enterprise tools, cloud operations, and collaboration across technical teams.
The Senior Manager will also act as a deputy for IT escalations in India, serving as a senior escalation point during incidents, audits, and high-priority business scenarios. The role requires close collaboration with Cloud Engineering, Application Administration, and internal tools teams to manage and enhance key enterprise platforms such as Workday, Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, and others.
As a key member of the APAC IT leadership team, this individual will ensure high standards of service delivery, operational excellence, and security compliance across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a deputy escalation lead for IT in India, handling high-impact incidents and representing IT in key engagements and audits.
Lead Indian teams across Cloud Engineering, DevSecOps, and Enterprise Applications.
Drive implementation and optimization of internal systems such as Workday, Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
Ensure alignment with global IT strategies, governance, and security policies.
Oversee operations and continuous improvement for the India-based Application Administration
Collaborate with global and regional IT leadership on project execution and strategic technology initiatives.
Mentor and guide high-performing IT teams while supporting talent development and retention.
Foster a culture of innovation, security, and performance across IT operations.
Requirements:
15+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership or management role.
Proven experience in managing enterprise IT escalations and mission-critical platforms in a global environment.
Working technical knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
Experience with IT service management practices, DevSecOps, and SDLC methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
