Pinterest is seeking a Sr. Measurement Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support advertisers in the UK and NL markets. The role involves helping advertisers measure the effectiveness of their advertising on Pinterest by designing experiments, delivering studies, and providing consultations. Your work will influence both individual clients and Pinterest's internal measurement and ad product roadmaps. Responsibilities include articulating Pinterest's value proposition, establishing learning agendas, designing and delivering studies on advertising effectiveness, communicating complex results to non-technical audiences, providing feedback to product teams, and contributing to thought leadership content. This role requires a strong understanding of measurement methodologies, experience with complex datasets, client-facing experience, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Must have:
  • At least 6 years of experience in Ads Measurement/Media effectiveness
  • Understanding of various measurement methodologies
  • Experience manipulating complex datasets
  • Experience in client-facing roles
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field

The Measurement team is focused on supporting the ads measurement needs of our sellers and advertisers. As a Measurement Partner for the UK and NL markets, you’ll help a variety of advertisers to measure the effectiveness of their advertising on Pinterest. You’ll design experiments, deliver studies and consultations that will include both analyses for individual clients and inform the industry as a whole. Your work will also influence Pinterest’s internal measurement product and ad product roadmap. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.


What you’ll do:

  • Help sellers articulate the Pinterest value proposition and handle objections using studies results and data points
  • Establish a relevant learning agenda with the most strategic clients
  • Design experiments/tests and deliver studies with 1st party or 3rd party solutions that analyze advertising effectiveness on Pinterest and the relative impact of different tactics
  • Work closely with our client teams to deliver data-driven recommendations for future campaigns
  • Communicate complex results back to non-technical client audience and influence client measurement thinking and media buying decisions
  • Provide feedback to the Product teams in order to assess opportunities for new features or new partnerships and to improve the existing measurement solutions
  • Contribute to conducting webinars, writing whitepapers, building thought leadership grounded in data

What we’re looking for:

  • At least half a dozen years of experience in the Ads Measurement / Media effectiveness space
  • Understanding of various measurement methodologies (attribution, brand lift, conversion lift, MMM, etc.)
  • Experience manipulating complex datasets to identify patterns and turn them into learnings
  • Experience in client-facing roles involving technical and business stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player able to collaborate with other functions such as product teams, marketing and PR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the London office.
