Senior .Net Full-stack Engineer at Ness Romania SRL requires 6+ years of experience in modern web development technologies (.NET/.NET Core, Web APIs, Microsoft Office Automation, REST/OData, AWS, Angular, IIS, SQL, Oracle). Responsibilities include understanding requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployments, and code management. The role demands strong cloud technologies understanding, experience with serverless frameworks and containers (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD tools (ADO, Jenkins), and testing frameworks (SoapUI, NUnit, Jasmine, Karma, Postman). Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with a focus on building a positive team culture and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
Must have:
- .NET/.NET Core, Web APIs experience
- AWS, Angular, SQL, Oracle knowledge
- Cloud technologies and design patterns
- CI/CD tools (ADO, Jenkins)
- Testing frameworks (NUnit, Postman)
- Excellent communication skills

What you'll do
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and responsibility with assignments. This includes understanding requirements, technical specifications, design, architecture, implementation, unit testing, builds/deployments, and code management;
- Team member with empathy and compassion. Focus on building a team culture that is based on trust.
- Ensure compliance through adopting enterprise standards and promoting best practices/guiding principles aligned with organization standards;
- Should drive and execute complex technical requirements;
- Be in tune with emerging trends in Cloud;
- Interface with users, business analysts, editors, quality assurance testers, and other teams as needed;
- Excellent written and oration skills.
What you'll bring
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Information Technology;
- 6+ years full stack development experience in modern web development technologies such as .NET/.NET Core, Web APIs, Microsoft Office Automation, REST/OData, AWS, Angular, IIS, SQL, and Oracle;
- Hands-on experience contributing to application architecture & designs, proven software/enterprise integration design patterns, and full-stack knowledge including modern distributed frontend and backend technology stacks;
- Strong experience and understanding of cloud-based technologies, design patterns, and best practices;
- Good understanding and knowledge of RDBMS;
- Experience supporting production environments;
- Proficient in building applications using serverless frameworks and containers using Dockers and Kubernetes;
- Experience with Continuous Integration and deployment tools like ADO, and Jenkins;
- Good understanding and usage of JSON Libraries, and XML libraries;
- Experience with tools such as SoapUI, NUnit, Jasmine, Karma, and Postman and being able to create unit test cases, performance testing, load testing;
- Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment;
- Quality first mindset with a strong background and experience with developing products for a global audience at scale;
- Excellent analytical thinking, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a strong ability to influence both IT and business partners.
