  • Advanced degree in Business, Strategy, Technology, or related field
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at boardroom level
  • Ability to translate vision into actionable strategies and drive execution
  • Deep understanding of emerging technologies and business model innovation
  • Experience operating in multinational environments
Good to have:
  • MBA strongly preferred

What You’ll Do
As Senior Principal - Business Strategy & Transformation, you will lead high-impact digital innovation programs for Ness’s clients, guiding strategic direction, ensuring end-to-end execution, and delivering transformational value. You will operate at the highest levels of client organizations and within Ness to shape how digital transformation is conceived and delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and articulate long-term digital innovation strategies in alignment with client business goals and industry shifts.
  • Executive Engagement: Serve as a primary advisor to C-level executives, board members, and senior stakeholders, helping shape enterprise vision and digital investment decisions.
  • Program Oversight: Lead the execution of large, complex digital implementation programs, ensuring integration across business functions, technical teams, and change management efforts.
  • Thought Partnership: Drive innovation by bringing insights into emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop governance models, implementation roadmaps, and risk management frameworks to ensure successful delivery and ROI.
  • Capability Building: Mentor client teams and internal consultants to foster digital acumen, strategic thinking, and transformation capabilities.
  • Value Realization: Define performance metrics and track outcomes to ensure measurable business impact is achieved from each initiative.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 12+ years in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or digital transformation leadership, including experience at the Principal, VP or senior executive level.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record in leading enterprise-scale digital innovation and implementation initiatives across industries.
  • Education: Advanced degree in Business, Strategy, Technology, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at the boardroom level.
  • Strategic Agility: Ability to translate vision into actionable strategies and drive execution across global, matrixed organizations.
    Innovation Mindset: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, business model innovation, and the evolving digital landscape.
  • Global Perspective: Experience operating in multinational environments with sensitivity to regional and cultural nuances.
