Scopely seeks a Senior Producer, Incidents for its Monopoly GO! team. Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy in alerting systems, managing KPIs, commanding incidents, collaborating with vendors and teams, improving processes, and maintaining runbooks. The role requires expertise in alerting systems, incident command, networking, and cloud services. Strong communication and problem-solving skills under pressure are essential. The ideal candidate possesses experience with PagerDuty, Datadog, and other alerting tools. This is a remote position available to candidates in the US, Spain, UK, or Ireland.
Must have:
  • Extensive experience with alerting systems

Good to have:

Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer, Incidents, to join our Monopoly GO! Game team remotely from the US, Spain, UK or Ireland.

Monopoly GO! is our new casual game and a key franchise that has just become Scopely’s largest game, enjoyed by millions of players. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.   
What You Will Do
  • Own accuracy in alerting
  • Have a strong understanding of alerting systems and alert aggregation/correlation tools and a passion for extending that knowledge to the expert level for the Monopoly Go alerting environment
  • Maintain alerting KPI’s
  • Drive ever-improving accuracy in alerting through audits and deep dives
  • Provide Incident command during highly visible and impactful incidents 
  • Coordinate, analyze, and escalate incidents in partnership with vendors, business units, game teams, and partners 
  • Be accountable for incident outcomes
  • Communicate concisely through written and verbal communication during stressful situations
  • Contribute to process improvements and maintain runbooks/playbooks
  • Be on-call for Incident command
What We’re Looking For
  • Extensive experience working with alerting systems and driving accuracy in alerting
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience as an Incident commander
  • High-level understanding of networking and cloud services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly & concisely under pressure 
  • Positive attitude, effective communication, and strong coordination skills 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure 
  • Ability to logically prioritize tasks and track multiple streams under pressure
  • Strong motivation to learn new technologies 
Bonus points
  • Pagerduty alert management and automation 
  • Experience with Datadog, Kibana, Bugnsag and other alerting systems

For candidates in CA, CO, MD, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $123,00 - $187,00, plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
