Join us as a Senior Product Designer to create exceptional digital products and experiences for a global audience. This role involves leading the end-to-end design process, conducting user research, creating prototypes, designing pixel-perfect interfaces, and contributing to the Design System.
Good To Have:
- Used or experimented with AI tools to accelerate design work.
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Must Have:
- Lead end-to-end design process for new products and features.
- Conduct user interviews, analyze data, and A/B test design solutions.
- Create interactive prototypes and motion graphics.
- Design pixel-perfect interfaces with strong attention to visual details and UX fundamentals.
- Work closely with Design Lead, Product Managers, and Engineers.
- Participate in design critiques and workshops.
- Contribute to the evolution of our Design System.
- 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
- Experience with responsive web and mobile apps.
- Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems in Figma.
- Experience with data-driven design decision-making and familiarity with metrics.
- Proficiency with Figma.
- Motion graphics skills for micro-interactions and animated UI elements.
- Good creative, logical, and technical communications skills.
- Critical and design thinking skills.
- Fluent English both written and spoken.

Our TechOps team has been a vital part of the company’s success since its formation 10 years ago – delivering technology and services that have drastically simplified the lives of our clients and colleagues. A user-centric approach is at the core of the TechOps team’s strategy.
Your responsibilities and tasks will include:
- Lead the end-to-end design process for new products and features, from discovery to delivery, within your cross-functional team.
- Conduct user interviews, analyze data, and A/B test design solutions to validate decisions
- Create interactive prototypes and motion graphics to communicate complex interactions and micro-animations
- Design pixel-perfect interfaces with strong attention to visual details and user experience fundamentals
- Work closely with Design Lead, Product Managers and Engineers, ensuring designs meet both technical and business requirements.
- Participate in design critiques and workshops, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the evolution of our Design System to design and update components, design patterns and guidelines, and collaborate with other designers and developers involved on the project
Job requirements
The minimum we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating research, interaction, and visual design skills.
- Experience with responsive web and mobile apps
- Design System: Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems in Figma.
- Experience with data-driven design decision-making and familiarity with metrics.
- You work with Figma, our design tool. Pixel-perfect graphic design.
- Motion graphics skills - creating micro-interactions and animated UI elements is a plus.
- Good creative, logical, and technical communications skills. You’ll need to collaborate with other designers and non-designer colleagues
- Critical and design thinking skills

- Be passionate about how users think and behave in digital environments
- Be an open-minded person, eager to make things better
- Have good communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English both written and spoken
