We are looking for an impactful Product Manager to join our Neo Product team for our Neo Reporting tool. Neo Reporting is the place to manage data, from travel, to expense and mission order, from visualization to back end. Amex GBT represents an outstanding differentiator for our Travel customers by offering an incredible level of configurability jointly with a best-in-class user experience. What You’ll Do on a Typical Day : 

• Be the expert for your products, combining industry analysis, end-user feedback and development knowledge to contribute to the product vision 
• Build and communicate a vision and roadmap for your product
• Set priorities and define requirements, partnering with design and engineering to develop, deploy, measure and refine new features
• Be a main actor of our reporting strategy in Amex GBT Group
• Work closely with stakeholders from different stack of Amex GBT and Neo.
• Own business outcomes and be responsible for hitting associated targets by improving and re-imagining the product experiences you lead

 
What We’re Looking For : 

• A proven experience, with the ability deliver products that customers value and love.
• Experienced Product Manager, ideally in B2B
• Familiar with Platform eco-systems
• Familiar with the B2B Travel and Expense.
• An excellent communicator who can simplify, explain and present complex topics in a compelling and understandable way
• Technical, analytical, relationship-oriented, and a problem solver, inspired by the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams
• Strong strategic perspective and ability to think through big-picture issues coupled with excellent execution to get things done in a fast-paced, environment
• Outstanding influencing skills, including experience working within a large matrix organization
• Experienced with current Agile and UX practices, with 2/3 years in a direct product management role
