GT is now looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead multiple digital products across global client engagements.

About the Role

You’ll begin with a cutting-edge HRTech SaaS platform that empowers data-driven workforce planning through AI-driven job matching, grading, and description tools.

This is a consulting-style role, ideal for a senior product professional who can bring clarity, structure, and executional excellence across distributed teams and complex products.

Responsibilities:

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with client goals.

• Maintain and groom a clear, actionable product backlog.

• Lead sprint ceremonies and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams.

• Analyze UX flows, user feedback, and performance data to identify improvement areas.

• Write product requirements, documentation, and release notes.

• Support product launches, user enablement, and ongoing iteration.

Essential knowledge, skills & experience:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, consulting, or B2B environments.

• Strong knowledge of SDLC and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams through discovery, delivery, and iteration.

• Analytical mindset with experience in research, metrics, and decision-making frameworks.

• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma (or similar).

• Self-driven, structured, and proactive in a remote-first work environment.

Nice-to-have

• Background in HRTech, MarTech, SaaS or enterprise platforms.

• Prior experience in a consulting or agency-style PM role.

• Familiarity with AI-powered tools or content automation systems.
