Job Description

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving player excitement and maximizing engagement within the loyalty platform, focusing on long-term retention and live operations. This includes shaping and executing engagement strategies, defining and executing LiveOps strategies, leveraging gamification and habit-forming mechanics for product growth, identifying opportunities to improve retention and engagement metrics, designing and running A/B tests, using user feedback to enhance product features, and collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional player experiences. The role also involves staying ahead of industry trends to ensure the product remains innovative and competitive.

Your mission

JustPlay is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our engagement product domain for our loyalty platform, driving player excitement by maximizing their engagement, boosting long term retention and fostering live-ops across our scaled platform. What sets this role apart? You’ll have a blue ocean of creative opportunities to merge the most effective engagement techniques from casual gaming with strategies that excel in real-money rewards—powered entirely by ad revenue.

The experience we hope you bring to JustPlay

  • At least 4 years of experience in driving product retention and engagement in the mobile industry, preferably in mobile games, loyalty platforms and other B2C apps.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience designing impactful product engagement strategies

  • Strong project management and analytical skills

  • Excellent English communication skills for clear idea articulation and cross-team collaboration

Job responsibilities

  • Shape and execute our engagement strategy to increase retention and delight across our gaming ecosystem

  • Help define and execute the LiveOps strategies for our platform

  • Drive product growth by leveraging gamification, behavioral science, and habit-forming mechanics

  • Identify opportunities to improve key retention and engagement metrics while optimizing LTV

  • Design and run A/B tests and experiments to validate product hypotheses and inform decisions

  • Use user feedback and behavioral data to iterate and enhance product features

  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and development teams to align events with campaigns and deliver exceptional player experiences    

  • Stay ahead of industry trends to keep our product innovative and competitive
