JustPlay is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our engagement product domain for our loyalty platform, driving player excitement by maximizing their engagement, boosting long term retention and fostering live-ops across our scaled platform. At least 4 years of experience in driving product retention and engagement in the mobile industry, preferably in mobile games, loyalty platforms and other B2C apps.
Data-driven mindset with experience designing impactful product engagement strategies
Strong project management and analytical skills
Excellent English communication skills for clear idea articulation and cross-team collaboration

Shape and execute our engagement strategy to increase retention and delight across our gaming ecosystem
Help define and execute the LiveOps strategies for our platform
Drive product growth by leveraging gamification, behavioral science, and habit-forming mechanics
Identify opportunities to improve key retention and engagement metrics while optimizing LTV
Design and run A/B tests and experiments to validate product hypotheses and inform decisions
Use user feedback and behavioral data to iterate and enhance product features
