This role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle for Web-related requests, from initial confirmation to successful release. The ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal processes, along with blockchain technology, to drive product improvements. Responsibilities include designing and managing compliance-related product features, gathering and analyzing user feedback, utilizing A/B testing and data-driven insights for feature optimization, monitoring key conversion metrics, and generating regular product data reports. The role requires a strong understanding of user experience and user interface design principles, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective collaboration with international partners.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle for Web-related requests, from initial confirmation to successful release
- Leverage deep expertise in cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal processes, as well as blockchain technology, to drive product improvements
- Design and manage compliance-related product features, ensuring adherence to global regulatory requirements. Prior experience in compliance-related product design and project management is preferred
- Gather and analyze user feedback to optimize product features and continuously enhance the user experience
- Utilize A/B testing and data-driven insights to evaluate feature effectiveness, identify key trends, and propose iterative enhancements
- Conduct in-depth monitoring of key conversion metrics, diagnosing performance issues through data analysis and providing actionable recommendations
- Generate and present regular product data reports, identifying growth drivers and delivering strategic insights to guide product development
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions
- Deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with a track record of effective collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
