Skyhigh Security is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for their Secure Web Gateway (SWG) and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) offerings. This role involves defining product positioning, messaging, and enabling sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue. The manager will collaborate with product, sales, customer value, and marketing teams, staying connected to market trends and customer needs. Responsibilities include creating compelling value propositions, developing competitive narratives, defining and executing go-to-market strategies, driving campaign activation, and providing sales enablement tools like pitch decks and battlecards. The role also involves analyzing market and customer intelligence to inform product roadmaps and supporting Analyst Relations.
Must have:
  • 8+ years in product marketing or GTM roles for network security, SWG, ZTNA, SSE, or SASE.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise security buyers and sales cycles.
  • Strong strategic thinking to connect product capabilities to business impact.
  • Data-driven mindset for interpreting GTM performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience supporting Analyst Relations.

Role Overview:

As a key driver of growth, the Product Marketing team at Skyhigh plays a central role in shaping how we bring products and new capabilities to market and accelerate the success of our existing portfolio. As a Product Marketing Manager leader of Skyhigh’s network security portfolio, you will lead and own the go-to-market strategy for our Secure Web Gateway (SWG) and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) offerings—driving positioning, messaging, and enabling Skyhigh Security’s field and channel teams to drive pipeline and revenue. Role Overview

You’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer value and marketing teams while staying closely connected to customers and market trends. Your impact will be directly tied to Skyhigh’s success in expanding our presence in regulated industries and strengthening our leadership in Security Service Edge.

What You’ll be accountable for:

 Positioning, Messaging & Competitive Differentiation

  • Define strategic product positioning for SWG and ZTNA grounded in buyer needs, market dynamics, and Skyhigh’s unique strengths—then translate it into clear, impactful messaging across all key personas.

  • Translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions that result in positive business outcomes resonating with security and networking buyers.

  • Develop competitive narratives that help Skyhigh win with the target SSE segments by clearly demonstrating our differentiation.

Go-to-Market & Commercial Success

  • Own product-level bookings goals for the network security portfolio and the strategies to meet and exceed those targets.

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies aligned to regional sales priorities.

  • Partner with field teams to support product launches, delivering enablement tied to customer journeys, competitive insights, and key value drivers.
    Collaborate with sales ops and business intelligence teams to track product level performance metrics including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and win/loss trends.

 Campaign Activation & Demand Alignment

  • Own campaign activation and work closely with Demand Gen to launch targeted campaigns that drive qualified pipeline for your product lines.

  • Ensure messaging, offers, and audience targeting align to your product line’s commercial goals.

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize GTM levers based on results.

 

Sales Enablement & Field Alignment

  • Develop and maintain enablement tools like pitch and champion decks, value  maps, discovery and objection handling guides, competitive battlecards, and ROI models. 

  • Lead enablement sessions for sales, SEs, and partners to drive field readiness.

  • Establish a closed feedback loop with field teams to refine messaging and improve sales effectiveness.

 

Customer & Market Insight

  • Analyze buyer behavior, conversion trends, and adoption patterns to identify opportunities

  • Work with Product to recommend changes in pricing, packaging, or feature prioritization

  • Track and synthesize market, customer, and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap

  • Drive case study development in partnership with customer value and product management teams that highlight key use cases, measurable outcomes, and product differentiation.

  • Support Analyst Relations with messaging, proof points, and customer validation for strategic evaluations and briefings.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in product marketing or GTM roles focused on network security, SWG, ZTNA, SSE, SASE, or related infrastructure technologies.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise security buyers and sales cycles, with a proven ability to influence pipeline and revenue outcomes.

  • Strong strategic thinking, able to connect product capabilities to real-world business impact and competitive advantage.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting GTM performance metrics and driving iterative improvements.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complexity into compelling narratives for sales, customers, and analysts.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly working with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen teams. With an ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across global, matrixed teams.

  • Experience supporting Analyst Relations with briefings and targeted inquiries.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or government.

  • Familiarity with hybrid deployment models (on-prem + cloud) and their impact on buying decisions.

  • Experience representing the company at industry events and tradeshows; participation in panels or thought leadership forums is a plus.

  • Exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and campaign planning across the funnel.
