The Role:

Leonardo is at a pivotal moment, transitioning from a fast-moving startup to a scaling, multi-tribe organisation, and from a purely product-led mindset to one that’s deeply customer-informed. With over a dozen cross-functional squads already in motion, we’re investing in the operational foundations that will help our Product function scale with clarity, alignment, and intention.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Operations Partner to bring rhythm, focus, and structure to how we plan, collaborate, and deliver across the organisation.

You’ll work closely with our Chief Product Officer and product leadership team to support smooth execution, guide prioritisation, and establish scalable ways of working across squads and domains.

What You’ll Do:

• Support strategic operations: Work with the CPO and product leaders to shape planning, prioritisation, and quarterly business rhythms.
• Foster clarity: Help teams navigate competing priorities and bring focus to the work that matters most.
• Shape operating rhythms: Design and facilitate the planning cycles, rituals, and check-ins that keep the product organisation connected and aligned.
• Strengthen communication: Create clear pathways for communication and collaboration across the product team and with stakeholders across Leonardo.
• Guide prioritisation and sequencing: Help teams structure their work to balance innovation, customer insight, and delivery.
• Champion process improvement: Identify areas of friction and introduce thoughtful systems that support how we work.
• Support team wellbeing: Co-create onboarding experiences, offsites, and learning opportunities that build a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
• Enable confident delivery: Help teams move forward with clarity and coordination, through insight, systems, and steady support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in strategic or operational roles (e.g., Product Ops, Strategy, Program Management, or Business Ops) with a track record of enabling scale and working across cross-functional leadership.
• Strong systems and process thinking, capable of designing and scaling tools and rituals that create clarity, drive collaboration, and improve execution.
• Comfort with ambiguity and strong emotional intelligence, staying calm and purposeful during uncertainty while helping others feel grounded.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and partnership skills, empathetic in building trust, aligning teams, and navigating stakeholder dynamics.
• Curious, iterative mindset with a passion for AI, emerging tech, and building thoughtfully open to feedback and committed to unlocking creative, customer-informed innovation.
