We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our team in Croatia. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing medium to large-scale projects, applying Agile practices to drive efficient and successful outcomes.

• Lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives
• Implement and optimize delivery processes and workflows
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
• Work closely with the customer and the engineering team (including management) in order to shape a product or a business functionality

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies
• Agile certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools and techniques (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Croatian
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies
• In-depth understanding of the product development lifecycle
• Familiarity with engineering or manufacturing processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
