Job Description

Endava is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer extension. This role involves collaborating with leadership to develop talent acquisition strategies, understanding market trends, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and an analytical mindset to interpret recruitment metrics.
Must Have:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers)
  • Collaborate with leadership on talent acquisition strategies and workflow improvement
  • Source applicants through online channels (LinkedIn, professional networks)
  • Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights
  • Ensure positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback
  • Understand current and future team needs
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritise tasks effectively

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates;
  • Collaborate with the leadership in developing strategies and improving current workflows for acquiring new talent;
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks;
  • Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability;
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process;
  • Understand current and future needs of the team.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritise tasks effectively;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
