Senior QA Engineer

The Senior QA Engineer at Quest Global will be instrumental in implementing the software quality assurance strategy for the customer's platform. This role involves hands-on test planning, test case development, and both manual and automated execution to ensure high-quality software releases and robust integration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong QA mindset, be proficient in creating and running test cases, and leverage tools for test environment setup, task automation, and test data generation. Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Senior QA Engineer will play a critical role in executing the software quality assurance strategy for the customer's Platform. This position focuses on hands-on test planning, test case development, and manual and automation driven execution of the test strategy, to ensure high-quality software releases and robust integration across modules and partner systems. The ideal candidate should have a QA mindset, be skilled at creating and running test cases, and use tools and technology to set up test environments, automate tasks, and generate test data.

What You will Do:

• Collaborate with the Lead Test Engineer to develop and execute detailed test plans for customer's software platform applications and integrations.
• Design, document, and execute modular test cases for individual modules and end-to-end workflows.
• Set up and maintain project-specific test environments, including simulation-lite setups for partner software.
• Perform manual and automated smoke tests, focusing on “must-not-break” workflows and critical integration points.
• Track and report issues and bugs using dashboards and metrics, contributing to improved visibility and accountability.
• Participate in regression testing cycles, supporting the transition from manual to automated testing.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of reusable test assets for common workflows and verticals.
• Support the development of a QA playbook and best practices for the validation team.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely defect resolution and continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring:

Pay Range: ($70,000 to $85,000 per year).

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
