Job Description

As a Senior RPA Developer at Nubank, you will be responsible for process analysis and optimization within Talent Acquisition, identifying automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. You will design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath and AI technologies, including building workflows and integrating AI capabilities. Additionally, you will work with various Talent Acquisition systems, ensuring seamless data flows. Mentorship, documentation, and staying abreast of emerging technologies are also key responsibilities. The role involves collaboration within multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive automation solutions. Must have:
  • 4+ years of experience in business process automation using RPA.
  • Proficiency in UiPath, including Studio, StudioX, and Orchestrator automation.
  • Experience with SQL Server for queries and data integration.
  • Experience in creating and optimizing AI prompts using language models like GPT.
  • Solid knowledge of development best practices for automation.
  • Ability to analyze, document, and optimize processes before automation.
  • Experience with RESTful API integrations and web services automation.
  • Proactivity and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and translate technical terms.
  • Focus on practical solutions and problem-solving.
  • Advanced English

About the team

The Talent Acquisition Operations (TA Ops) team enables Nubank’s Talent Acquisition function to scale with consistency, speed, and quality. We operate and evolve the core systems and processes that support hiring while designing solutions that support recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout their journeys. With a strong focus on automation, data quality, and user experience, we work to reduce manual effort and enhance decision-making across the board.

 

In this role, you’ll also be embedded in Nubank’s Business Automation hub – a central team focused on helping functions across the company become more efficient and scalable. There, you’ll collaborate with technical peers to align on architecture, implementation, and standards, ensuring consistency in what we deliver and supporting your ongoing technical development.




You will be responsible for

  • Process Analysis and Optimization: Collaborate closely with stakeholders within Talent Acquisition to thoroughly analyze existing business processes. Identify and prioritize opportunities for automation, focusing on areas that can benefit from increased efficiency, accuracy, and cost reduction.
  • Automation Development and Implementation: Leverage your expertise in UiPath and AI technologies to design, develop, and implement robust and scalable automation solutions. This includes building workflows, configuring bots, and integrating AI capabilities like machine learning and natural language processing to handle complex tasks.
  • Systems Integration: Work with multiple Talent Acquisition systems and tools, including Greenhouse (ATS), GEM (CRM), GoodTime (interview scheduling), custom-built solutions, and broader HR platforms. Design and maintain seamless data flows between systems, ensuring integration supports efficient processes while upholding data integrity and security across all automation workflows.
  • Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing:  Act as a mentor and guide to less experienced team members. Share your knowledge and expertise, provide guidance on best practices, and foster a collaborative learning environment within the team.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Actively participate in multidisciplinary teams, working closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive automation solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management:  Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of developed solutions. This includes creating flow diagrams, technical manuals, user guides, and other relevant documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and ease of maintenance.
  • Innovation and Technology Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in automation. Proactively identify and evaluate new tools, techniques, and methodologies that can be leveraged to enhance existing automation or develop innovative solutions.

 

We are looking for a person who

 

Must-Have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in business process automation using RPA.
  • Proficiency in the UiPath tool, including development in Studio, StudioX, and automation with Orchestrator.
  • Experience with databases, especially with SQL Server, for queries, data extraction, and integration with automation.
  • Experience in creating and optimizing AI prompts using language models like GPT (or similar tools).
  • Solid knowledge of development best practices, such as code versioning, testing, and design patterns applied to automation.
  • Ability to analyze, document, and optimize processes before automation.
  • Experience with RESTful API integrations and automation involving web services.
  • Proactivity and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, translating technical terms into accessible language.
  • Focus on practical solutions and problem-solving.
  • Advanced English
